KIT LIST
This is our recommended list of what to bring. Of course you can adapt it to the time of year and what you are used to. If you have any queries about what to bring let us know.
Backpack
Day pack
Water containers – minimum 2 litres
Sleeping Bag – 2-3 season
Sleeping Mat
Tent or bivvy bag, or hammock with tarp.
Head torch with batteries
Towel
Notebook & pen
Mug and bowl.
Basic first aid kit
Warm clothing and spare clothes
Waterproofs (jacket & trousers)
Extra layers for night
Hat for warmth and sun.
Hiking boots (or good trainers) – and spare shoes in case of rain
Extra Socks
Swimming costume
Clothes for stretching/yoga activities
Sun cream and sunglasses.
